Mugs: Microwave safe, handwash inside only recommended. Everything I make is made with love, patience, and a glass of wine...nothing in life is perfect, but I strive to be. Please expect these lovelies to have mini flaws that make them even more special. Please view me as the stark opposite of Target (even though I fucking love Target). ***Please note! Mugs are hand inked and as such can be harmed if scratched, scrubbed, rubbed, etc...handwash INSIDE only is strongly recommended. ***ARE you purchasing a mug only? Please choose a random scent for your candle as an option. Don't worry - we won't send you one if you have chosen "mug only" :) Personalization: Please put your request for your mug (specify exactly what you would like on your mug), candle and note card in the personalization section. If no personalization is provided, your order will appear as shown in the listing (with names removed). How are these mugs made? I hand stamp, one letter at a time, one mug at a time, your desired phrase on the mug with a specialized ink. I then heat set and glaze the surface to protect the ink. This glaze is applied by hand and can have some uneven layers and texture to it - contributing the handmade nature of your custom piece. I try to limit the glaze application to the parts of your mug with the ink on it only. How do I care for my mug? I recommend hand washing the inside of your mug only and to refrain from scrubbing, rubbing, soaking, scratching at your inked surface on the outside (regardless of how soft your cloth/finger/whatever is). This is abrasive and can damage your ink. If you need to wash the outside of your mug, please try to prevent food or drink from drying before washing. Let soap and water run down the outside of your mug without rubbing/scrubbing/scratching at the ink and air dry. Care instructions are included with every mug. Do you need a dishwasher safe mug? I can offer a sublimated option with your custom phrase, BUT the style of the mug and font will be different from the mugs shown (the mugs shown cannot be created as dishwasher safe).
