Has something arrived damaged/broken? Please let us know within 24 hours of its arrival. Provide a photo of the damage, and we will re-create and re-ship a replacement asap.
The following items CANNOT be refunded or exchanged:
- Customized items/gift sets
- Items that have been used for any period of time
Please note that once your vessel is in your hands (that is, it has been delivered and is not damaged upon arrival to your doorstep), we cannot account for how you have treated it, hence, we cannot be held responsible for damage from your washing/handling techniques.
All items outside of these parameters may be eligible for a refund/exchange for the item only. Further, the recipient is responsible for shipping fees for its return to us at inkt and co.
